WINDOWS, DOORS, & RETRACTION

This video highlights several features of an ASI industrial flotation dryer used in the converting and continuous process industries. Features covered include the double paned windows, internal lights, and locking access doors with safety latches (controlled via a safety PLC). The video concludes with a demonstration of the dryer's external screw jack retraction system that is operated by way of a VFD motor. The retraction system incorporates a safety emergency stop pull cord and an audible and visual alarm system.
